Hi,
We have a Microsoft Skype for Business/Lync Server 2013 environment today with Polycom VVX 300/400 phones running 5.2.3 firmware. We are encountering an odd issue where people add favorites to their phone that they will either appear as LastName, FirstName or as FirstName.LastName. We haven't been able to detect why some contacts are one way and why some are another. Some people have also noted that it will at times flip from first name/last name to last name/first name for the same person. One other instance a person saw the maiden name for a contact when the name change occured some time ago.
Is there some settings or option we can force to also show surname first or given name first instead of what we have now where it's random which is shown first?
