The "clear" button is missing on my VVX 310 in the missed call list, so if I want to clear the list I have to delete my call history from the Skype for Business client. Is there anyway to enable this button? The phone's config file only has elements declaring our Exchange server and changing the admin password so I can't imagine that would be the issue. I did have the phone paired to my laptop with BTOE for a few days but it's been uninstalled and the phone is updated to 5.5.0.20556.

Hello mmoncrief,
The next step would be to open a support ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you. In case this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post your phone's MAC address so I can look up who would be able to support you.

Jun 15, 2016 Question:Can I use UC Software 5.5.0 for Lync or Skype for Business deployments?
Resolution:UC Software 5.5.0 has not been qualified by Microsoft to use in Lync or Skype for Business deployments. Polycom will not support UC Software 5.5.0 use in Lync or Skype for Business deployments.
Please downgrade to a currenly supported version like UC Software 5.4.4 and re-test
