After integrating Skype for Business into a conference room with a GroupSeries 500 and SoundStrucutre C8, we've noticed that the incoming audio quality is very bad. Identical settings for endpoint, SoundStrucure, and amp sound fine when connecting to a call coming from a RealPresence Desktop client using the same mic we tried for S4B. Standard video conference calls also sound fine.  Looking at the the C8's levels, the Codec Video Call In is hitting significantly higher for S4B than other calls. Does anyone have suggestions on this? Endpoint is running the latest firmware, updated from 5.2 to 6.0, and the problem followed with it. C8's firmware has been 1.7.2 since install. Thanks for any help you can provide.
