I will do that. I do have one question though, what Log Module is responsilble for DevUpdt log entires? I would like to raise the logging level before I open a case.

There has been some miscommunication becasue the company that sold us the phones is not an actual reseller with access to Polycom support. But I'm working with the distri now and I hope the more direct communication will help to solve the issue.
