Hi Community,

We run close to a dozen Polycomm Trio 8800's around the organisation consuming a and have found that using the latest firmware (at time of writing - VERSION: 5.9.0.11421) we see these automatically sign out of S4B after several hours of idle.

We standardised on VERSION: 5.5.2.11338 for the Trio 8800's in most locations and do not experience this. We only see the "log out on idle" occuring after the introduction of versions > 5.7.1.4095.

Will we need to stay on the old version not impacted by this - or is there a setting not visible in the interface that may remove this? Is this intended functionality?

I have attached logs which may assist.

Thanks for the great assistance the community provides.

Adam,

Hello @Adam_Novotech ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

The next step would be to open a ticket and provide some logs via your reseller.

We show the Trio being sold via GECDF-Exclusive Networks Pty Ltd and INSYNC TECHNOLOGY back in 23/03/2018.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
