My Skype for Business 2015 system has a fully working CAC configuration which ensures appropriate bandwidth is applied to each call.

Except for the Trio 8800s. For some reason Skype is not applying CAC to calls made to/from these devices.

Looking at Reporting I see that Skype for Business is not getting a report or detecting the Subnet used by any of Trios, and therefore can't map it to a CAC location or region.

Does anyone know the trick to make CAC work with Trios? We have software version 5.4.5.9111

CAC was working fine with the Trios at my last employer. I vaguely remember something about using hardwired IP addresses instead of DHCP back then and I think this may be part of the solution, but I can't work it out and I haven't found this problem described anywhere else online.

Attached is the Media Quality report from a recent call. You will see that Skype is not detecting a subnet for the Trio, and is therefore failing to map that IP to the subnet 10.60.3.0/24 and to the correct location, which means CAC doesn't know what to do with the call.
