In our enivornment, we are running Polycom VVX 501 with FW 220.127.116.1171 and Skype for Business 2016 with BToE 3.5.0 or BToE 3.6.0.
The users that are voicing their complaints are reporting to have to relogin to Skype for Business multiple times a day and sometimes being locked out from their phones until punching in their phone pin number.
Has anyone else experienced this and what was the resolution?

At the end of the day the most direct approach would be to open a support ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you. End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

What is the Polycom Service ticket reference usually starting with 1- ?
Is the phone setup for auto login with extension and PIN? Maybe they are losing network connection causing the phone to lose registration.
