we have just released the software for the CCX 500 and CCX 600 >here< and for the CCX400


NOTE: You'll need to sign the user out and back in after the update completes to see the new features (not just power cycle, actually Sign Out and Sign back in)!


New Features as documented >here< are:


  • Favourites (speed dial) added to Calls

  • New settings support on Teams phones for:

    Custom ringtone

    Manage Delegates

    Auto-dial for extension dialling

  • Device management updates to support device categorization in Teams Admin Center


  • Bug fixes to the Teams application and the Company Portal application
