Soundstructure web interface no longer accessible.

Upgraded to 5.4.0 A in a Soundstructure VoIP interface and set the base profile to Lync.

Now the HTTP and HTTPS web interface is no longer accessible.

 

I found this on another solution: For phones set to the Lync base profile, HTTP and HTTPS are disabled by default. Administrators can enable or disable HTTP or HTTPS in the configuration files

 

How can we update the configuration file in a Soundstructure when the web interface is inaccessible? Is there another method for updating this file?

The question is how did you upgrade it ? If you use a local provisioning server you can simply follow this community's VoIP FAQ post here:
