I have Soundpoint 331, with the following Software Version
UC Software Version 4.1.1.0260 BootROM Software Version 5.1.0.85063
My problem is with the SoundPoint is not possible connect to Lync, but my CX500 not have problem with the connection. Only SoundPoint have the problem.

You seem to be trying to run some parameters from a configuration file.
I suggest you factory reset the phone, change it into LYNC Base Profile via pressing 1, 2, 4, 5 and then add your credentials.
There is no requirement to load any configuration from a provisioning server other than a certificate and maybe some time zone settings.
I suggest you check => here <= as Jeff describes this all in very much detail.
The next step would be to work with NEXSYS INTERNATIONAL, LC whop sold this phone back in June 2015 and are your first level support contact.

As already mentioned you should contact NEXSYS INTERNATIONAL, LC whop sold this phone back in June 2015 and are your first level support contact.
I also stated in my original reply that you check => here <= as Jeff describes this all in very much detail.
You can import the attached logging as this would show more details but I suggest a provisioning server as the Phones Webinterface only can hold a certain amount within its Web Interface.
