dear polycom community!

 

i know - my issue shoud be posted in the spectralink community board... but there is no activity.

maybe my issue is easy to fix for you guys.

 

current version on the phone: 5.3.7.1145

avaible version: 5.4.4.1156

 

i can find the new version over the software upgrade (with the default server or my ftp server).

it is possible to apply the new version, accept the license agreement, etc...

 

the issue:
the phone does not reboot/restart... there is no reaction...

 

do i forget something important here?

is the catalog number my issue? 2200-37175-101

there is no .cfg or something deployed... i try to upgrade from factory defaults...
