I am using a Trio 8800 with software version 5.4.3.2389.

We are using Microsoft DHCP Server to provide all settings to the Trio.

If i do a factory reset on the Trio an Visual+ and let them fetch the DHCP Options 003-Router, 006-DNS and the IP and Mask itself, I am not able to pair both. The Visual+ is not visible in the "Advanced / Networked Devices - menu"

If I am setting the settings manualy (IP Address, Gateway, Mask and DNS) the visual+ is visible in the Networked Devices menu ?!

 

Has someone the same experience ?
