TRIO 8800 Office 365 Login Failure

I have two Polycom Trio 8800 running lastest version 5.4.3.2342. I can't get any valid user to successfully login to Office 365 on the devices. The network port is providing IP address and access to the internet. When I extract the logs from the web config, this is what it is saying

Created two DHCP Options 42 and 2 on my DHCP server and rebooted device and it is now working properly. Thanks for the assistance.

As you can see in your log the phone does not have a time & date so it cannot verify the certificate.

Ensure your NTP server is set

The NTP servers are set. Screen shot of web config showing NTP setting attached. Still failing. It was working without issue last week. What changed?

The title Polycom Employee & Community Manager is a community setting and does not reflect my role. I am just a simple volunteer in the community like everybody else. My official "day" Job is 3rd Level support at Poly but I am unable to provide official support via the community.

Re: TRIO 8800 Office 365 Login Failure

Created two DHCP Options 42 and 2 on my DHCP server and rebooted device and it is now working properly. Thanks for the assistance.
