I have the following

And not able to login to my O365 hosted SFB. NTP is set correctly.

I would suggest:

 

  • Settings > Logging > Global Settings > Global Log Level Limit > Set to DEBUG
  • Settings > Logging > Module Log Level Limits > SIP > Set to DEBUG

Also please provide your MAC address

We didn't purchase the phones from Infinite Data and they seem reluctant to assist. I am now in contact with the vendor we purchased it from. Is there any specifics that I can inform them with to speed up the troubleshooting process?

Hello Azacamis,

as an end customer you need to work with your reseller. We, Polycom , have shipped the unit to that reseller. What they do with it afterwards is outside of our control.

 

Please work with them as this is the quickest and most efficient way. Also make them aware of this post.
