Is there an option to unmute the TRIO microphones when a user answers a call?
We are being asked for an option to always unmute the microphones upon a call connection, no matter the previous state or type of call being answered.
Currently using TRIO with the latest SW: 5.9.1.10419.

Not to my personal knowledge.
Please raise this via your Polycom reseller as a feature request via a Polycom sales engineer and provide a business proposal why this would be required.
Above is necessary in order to track this internally within Poly and evaluate the request and prioritize this based on the feasibility and the general impact on other features.
