We have deployed SFB using our Polycom VVX500 phones and most of the features are working without issue. There only a couple of problems that we need help with please:
- when you trying to transfer a call to a user's VM, the forward button only shows contact list and once you click on a contact name, the call is sent to the user's line. How do we forward calls to someone's VM directely?
- in the directory, there are 3 lists that are confusing: 1- contact directory, 2- lync 3- Contacts. Can you please clear out the differences if any.
