Trio 8800 S4B Content sharing - how to do as Help suggests and "Join the Call" to "present" /share content

Trio 8800 (with Visual plus collaboration kit)

Running UC 5.5.3AB

I send an S4B invitation to the MeetingRoom1 S4B account logged onto the Trio 8800,

From MeetingRoom1's Trio I join the meeting (with audio and Video), others join the meeting remotely.

I now wish to show content from the Trio both locally on the Room's screen via the Visual Plus box and also to remotely connected users, how can this be done?

Pressing the Present button on the trio states I should "join the call" how do I do this, If from my laptop (logged on as myself) I send an IM to MeetingRoom1 it just creates a seperate call, putting the original meeting on hold.

If I join the meeting from my laptop I then of course get feedback as I have joined the meeting via the laptop and the Trio.

There has to be a way of presenting content from the Trio or to join the meeting from a local laptop and push content to all users.  If not then this product has no future as most people will want to content share in addition to their audio / visual call.  Are there any other Polycom products that fulfill this requirement?

Many thanks in advance

Hello @Mr Lee,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

All of your old posts => here <= are still open / pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution" and never provided some form of feedback or answer.

If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.

Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate ?

If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilize the community more efficiently.
