Trio 8800 Skype and Team Problems


We have Trio 8800 with visual+

os 5.8.0


We are logged with Office365 account vi Web login, all is ok.

We can receive call from normal skypoe user. We cannot call to a normal skype user.

We can call user in the organisation with team but we cannot receive call from team user.


What's wrong ?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

As already explained by my colleague Jeff Schertz => here <= the Polycom Trio should be able to make and receive calls.


If this fails please work with Microsoft on this.
