Trio 8800 Skype for Business Online Company Directory Search

My company recently bought a few Trio 8800s, everything is working including populating meetings from exchange online but searching the company directory fails. Every time I attempt a search I get the following:

Any help is greatly appreciated. I should mention that my VVX phones all work as expected. I am running 5.4.5.9188 on my Trio 8800s.

I suggest to open a support ticket to avoid trial and error troubleshooting.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

I'm seeing this same issue with on on-prem Skype for Business deployment.

 

We've UC Software Version 5.5.3.3441


I also see the following error in the event log:

0111145342|abs  |4|00|[CAbsDirectory::getContactsFromServer] received empty response or error code = 6

If I login to the phone with my credentials and without our provisioning server standard configs it works as expected.

With automatic login set via the provisioing server and a fairly sparse default config, the error results.

 

Happy to supply exports of working and non-working configs or open a ticket via the vendor. Can you lookup the vendor for 64:16:7F:1E:3C:E4?
