I have a Trio 8800.  I am logged in with a S4B account that will soon have PSTN capabilities.  Will I be able to the use the Trio to make and receive phone calls to land and mobile users once the PSTN capabilty is enabled and I am logged in with that account?

As long as everything is set up on the Skype for Business account for the Trio you should be good to go.

 

Those settings depend on your Skype deployment and there are lots of resources available through Microsoft on what needs to be done.

 

If on O365 the cloud PBX set up is straight forward. The On prem and hybrid deployments can get complicated.
