The software on the Skype for Business Server or LYNC server should not need any configration on the Trio end.

 

Not sure what you have setup on the Trio end.

 

I did the TFTP test a while ago and simply do not have the time to re-do it again. Use something like FileZilla FTP as recommended in most of the FAQ's.

 

If you struggle with this please open a support ticket via the official channel.


In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you.
