Trio 8800 gone blank

Trying to get the Tri 8800 registered to SfB, however, after the reboot the screen gone blank and it is not coming up.


When the power comes up, I can see the logo, after few seconds logo disapears and then phones goes dead. Tried to do the factory reset by pressing the 4 corner of the screen,nothing happened.


No changes was done to the phone but adding the sing-in address, that is all.

Hello Hamed,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I suggest you RMA this unit once you confirmed it receives enough Power via PoE or external power.


In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you. End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
