Hello, i am trying to login to a skype for business account into the 8800. The account is a current good one we use on a polycom CX600. I am trying to login using pin authentication method on the browser but i just get the sigining into Microsoft Lync infomation box.

The unit is fres out the box so other than enable the web gui i have made no other changes

Resolution: Please verify that the phone has the correct time and the Option 43 and Option 120 is setup in the DHCP scope as explained =>here <= or => here <=
