Hi all,

 

I am attempting the sign in of a Trio C60 to Teams and for the most part this appears to be successful as it appears in the Teams portal as signed in.

I have hit a screen though just after the "Company Portal" page see below;

We run a pretty tight firewall so with some further investigation I have discovered that our firewall is blocking a lot of requests off to a few different IP addresses. see below;

My question is this, is there a definitive list of Microsoft subnets that I will need to give these devices access to?

The community contains individual sections dealing with the different products we offer Voice, Audio/Video, UC Infrastructure, or Others.
