Hello all,

I have updated my Trio to the latest firmware (5.7) in order to use Polycom usb PTZ camera.

The device is being upgraded,but when i log in as a s4b user then it is automatically downgrades to 5.5 version which does not support PTZ camera.

What am i supposed to do?

Hello again,

i can set only these two parameters

device.prov.lyncDeviceUpdateEnabled.set="0"
device.prov.lyncDeviceUpdateEnabled="0"

but the device again downgrades to 5.5.x version automatically.

I can not find this parameter to set

lync.provisionDeviceParams.enabled
