Unable to update VVX500

Polycom VVX 500 (201-44500-0010) Rev T


Exisitng firmware: 


trying to manually update to the latest version ( using the web interface.


I am able to select the latest version ( and click "Install" but nothing happens


Restoring to factory seeting does not help (Firmware: )

Resolution: This is a current bug and please setup a local provisioning server as shown => here <=. Check the release notes for VOIP-97822


The above affected your version and you need to setup a local provisioning server.


Please be aware that if you want or are using this and other VVX with Skype for Business or LYNC you will need to purchase (please ignore if already done) a per device LYNC Licenses.
