VVX 300 does not ring when receiving calls from analog phone.
We run Skype for Business in our infrastructure. Skype for Business software is installed on the computer and the VVX 300 is paired with the software. When calls come through, Skype for Business will ring as well as the VVX300. However, when calls are from analog or certain mobile numbers, the VVX will not ring - just Skype for Business soft phone will ring.
Any idea on how I can rectify this issue please?

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

For the phone the location or the source of a call does not make a real difference as it is registered to Skype for Business and the server tells it when to ring and when not.
I suggest you open a Ticket with our Partner Microsoft as there are different Networks, VLAN's etc. involved.
