As the Subject says, this phone has buttons that aren't responding, I tried Firmware upgrade, downgrade and Global Settings/Factory Settings: Restore.

Some other buttons also seem affected, such as volume-DOWN.

 

Is there anything else I can try?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

What is the history of the device and what environment is it being used?

 

A software should not change the functionality of a keypad but have you tried factory restoring it to exclude any changes via provisioning?

Hi, thanks for replying. Even right after factory reset, the buttons aren't responsive.
The phone was in a clean office and is otherwise in good shape
