VVX 410 - Line Key Registration

Hi,

 

We are currently running our VVX 410 on UC Software Version 5.5.1.15937 and using Skype for Business Online (Office 365) with PSTN calling.

 

We have added users to the Line Keys using Skype via the PC but appears that it only allows you to call via Skype. We have noticed that if you hold the key down it gives you more information but it only gives you their email address. Is it possible to get all the information that includes phone numbers?

 

When going through the Skype directory and select info on the user we can see the required information.

Hello Terry,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

If you right click on the contact within Skype for Business you can select either WorkGroup or Friends and Family.

 

This is a restriction which will change in future versions.

I have changed the user to Family and Friends or workgroup but it is still only showing their email address. I have also taken them out and added them back into favorites still to no avail. Is there anything else that should be done?

I believe the person you are monitoring has to change this for you so your Phone is allowed to see this.
