Hello,

 

We are using VVX 411 with SFB 2105.

 

PIN authentication works well however, when a user tries to search a contact he cannot see his personal contacts from Outlook.

 

Is it a normal  ?  Must we use the sign in credentials instead of PIN auth in order to access Outlook contacts ?

PIN and Extension does not support exchange connectivity
