Hi! Is there a way to have the Poly VVX 411 models work with Teams? We're currently using Skype for Business, but will be switching to Teams within the next couple months. We're unsure if we need to purchase new Poly phones or if the VVX 411s will work, even if not natively.
Thank you for helping!

Thanks for the reply! I just want to make sure though. I read this FAQ about Polycom Phones and Microsoft Teams stating the VVX 401/411 models, certified for Skype for Business Online are supported by Teams. (https://www.polycom.com/content/dam/polycom/common/documents/faqs/polycom-phones-and-microsoft-teams...) Based on your answer, that doesn't appear to hold true anymore, correct?
Hello @darrinj95 ,
You can use the sign-in credentials for Skype for Business until Microsoft disables this. This is a Microsoft restriction and has nothing to do with the Phone itself.

So slightly on/off topic, is there some guide on how to get a VVX 601 for example to work with with Teams with O365, firmware/howto??
Thx
Hello @techlogik ,
Welcome back to the Poly Community.
Both UC Software 5.9.2 and UC Software 6.2.0 are Skype for Business certified and will work with Skype for Business Online.
Simply factory reset the phone, ensure it is in Skype for Business base profile and sign in using your credentials.
There is no other information required from our end.

Hi, I have teams only account signed into a vvx 410 in skype for Business profile and it works perfectly. It can also be part of a Teams call queue as long as conference mode is set to off.
