VVX 500 reboot loop

I'm a home office user that has been using the vvx500 on my own.  It is not a deployed solution within the company.  I figured out how to get it to work with our Skype for Business server and it has worked well over the last year.  

Yesterday I tried to upgrade to the 5.7 version of the UC software and it is stuck in the bootloop.  I get the error about the config file not found.  I tried to reset the phones settings but it's still stuck in a loop.  

I have no support so looking for some help from the community.  

I've entered setup on the phone.  Can someone send the polycom upgrade server parameters so I can try the upgrade again?  Any other idea's? Any idea why it wouldn't have worked?

I've upgraded this mutliple times and never had an issue.

The best solution would always be to setup a local provisioning server as explained here:
