I have a VVX 600 with sidecar/expansion module and I'd love to be able to park calls on it with Teams. When I try to search for a solution, the first result is a post in this forum for vvx 400 saying parking is not available (https://community.polycom.com/t5/Microsoft-UC-Platforms/How-to-set-up-the-call-park-soft-key-on-a-VV...) which isn't true--the CCX500 and other Teams phones offer parking--you set a code to park the call and any phone can pick up the call by entering the code. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/call-park-and-retrieve

I can't seem to figure out a way to set a softkey or the sidecar to program parking. Using 5.9.0.9373 and Skype for business/Teams voice via Microsoft 365.

Has anyone been able to get this to work? Is there a special dial-code for parking (like *90 or something)?

Another useless response...can't answer the simplest of questions e.g. is there a dial code for parking. I'll just resell these and go with Yealink.

Hello @and ,

Welcome back to the Poly community.

Some or a couple of your old post(s) or reply(s) to them => here <= are still open/pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution" or at least provide some form of feedback or answer.

If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.

Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate?

If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilize the community more efficiently. Please do not simply mark them without any type of feedback.

For your new question, your findings within the community already answer your question as well I would assume. The 1st post was only updated a few days ago and is in reaction to an answer provided a while ago.

The 2nd post provided is for Microsoft Teams enabled Phones. This has nothing to do with VVX Phones registered via the 3PIP gateway.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier

I didn't mark as solved, because there weren't any solutions provided.

The post you mentioned was updated a few days ago with someone asking if "is it still the case that Skype online still does not support call park? is there documentation on this? " 1) It's not even Skype for business now, it's Teams; 2) re-asking the question does not mean it's solved or answered.

Is there no dial codes or other way to manually program via macro park buttons?

Hello @and ,

You posted twice in the community. Back in 2018 >here< A community volunteer responded but you never followed this up. We must assume that since 2018 you fixed this and therefore the ask to follow this post up with a comment.

In 2019 again you posted >here< and I in my role as a volunteer replied with detailed instructions. Since then the post was never followed up as requested and no logs or anything has been provided. Again we assume this has since then been solved. The community could benefit from your experience or what caused the issue.

Other volunteers are welcome to try and help you a third time but if this fails please work with your Poly reseller.

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support. Available End User Poly services offerings are detailed here

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.

As the units in question are most likely no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hello @and ,

so far you have started 2 posts prior to this but never followed these up in any way. Therefore interest for our volunteers to answer you personally for a 3rd post may be limited based on this.

A quick google search finds this >here< but this completely depends for example the availability for the feature on the Server End as outlined >here< for an On-Prem Skype server.

Only our partner Microsoft can answer this but an external source for example is here:

The VVX 600 is a Skype for Business phone, not a Teams phone. It will only support core calling functionality with Teams as documented here:
