We have noticed that when logging onto phones using BTOE the Video calls are getting disabled.
If you don't pair the phone with the PC via BTOE it works as it should.
Thoughts?
Thanks

Hello @CreteIT,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
Both the community's Must Read First and the community's FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow up post should contain.
This ensures the questions having to be asked are limited and any new or follow up post contains the right amount of details to ensure any voluntary participant within the community does not spend additional time chasing basic information.
As a reminder the basic information asked for:
UC Software 4.0.0 or later via the Web Interface Utilities > Phone Backup & Restore > Phone Backup > Phone Backup
Whilst providing some of these details may not directly impact any possible answer the community can provide, it does enable Polycom to have an overview of the current software used. In addition other details allow us to check logs or look up a potential support partners if an issue needs to come into support. It also enables us to verify the entitlement for using features.
Please ensure you always check the FAQ's and/or utilize the community search before posting any new topics or follow up post’s.
I assume, due the lack of details in this post, that you are using BToE 3.8.0 and UC Software 5.8.0
From the 5.8.1 Release Notes => here <=:

Hello @CreteIT,
UC Software 5.8.1 introduced the new EagleEye Mini camera for the VVX501 and VVX601 to be compatible with Skype for Business.
Older releases did not officially support this type of camera and only supported the "older" style Polycom VVX Camera. The Polycom VVX Camera does not support video for Skype for Business and only supported certain call / video scenarios for LYNC 2010 and 2013
The EagleEye Mini camera on a VVX 501 or VVX 601 when running UC Software 5.8.1 has the known limitations for Video Calls when also using BToE 3.8.0
