Has anyone encountered the issue of VVX units looking for 'autodiscover.company.co.uk' for EWS ? we have this for external but not internal where the devices are.
Is there a proxy option Im missing on the VVX?

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

The autodiscover process is used to identify the URL so we can authenticate against the exchange server.
I am not sure if I misunderstand the question but you may want to work with our support team in the UK. Simply contact your Polycom reseller and they can open a ticket for you.
