VVX410 Display names not appearing when dialing/receiving cell phone calls.

We seem to have a problem where display names  do not appear when dialing or receiving calls with a cell phone number.

 

 

Even though the cell phone number is listed under a contact in skype for business the display name does not appear and just shows the number.

 

I can also confirm that this is happening to all the VVX410 phones

 

Our current firmware version we are on is 5.4.4.3041.

Resolution: The Polycom VVX Business Media Phone in LYNC base, unlike the optimized for LYNC CX Phones, currently do not support this feature

I am unable to discuss future software Versions due:

Explanation:Polycom, as a US base publicly trading company, cannot share any future release dates or new features due the requirement of a non disclosure agreement / NDA prior to this.Via the medium of a community forum we are unable to do this.
