VVX410 - Minimum Ringer Volume


VVX410 - Minimum Ringer Volume



We are running SfB with VVX410 handsets with software verison -


I'm tyrying to find a configuration so that we can restrict how low ringer volume can be set (ideally so that users in the call centre can't set it to the lowest setting in able to ignore calls)


Is this even possible?  Have searched the forum witohut any success?


Any help would be welcome?

I suggest you update to a currently supported software like UC Software 5.5.1.


UC Software 5.5.0 added up.ringer.minimumVolume


Details can be found in the Admin Guide matching your software version.
