VVX410 Reboot Loop

We attempted to upgrade a VVX 410 phone from UC version to via the phone web page and the Polycom hosted server. All appeared well until we saw an error message on the phone screen mentioning the following; "Could no download 0004f2d173c8.cfg, using existing configuration." This message is followed by a reboot, network initialization, new application download attempt, and an endless loop back to the error message. On approximately four of these reboot cycles, there were successful S4B logins but they ended just short of finishing completely with the phone rebooting on its own. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @tomecar,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This unit was sold via Brightstar Telecommunications Singapore Private Limited around 28/03/2017 and you should get this into support.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.
