I have a VVX410 ID:2201-46162-001 running the newest firmware. After doing some research, I noticed every version of the VVX advertised for Skype for Business is 2200-46162-019. Considering that 2201-46162-001 allows me to attempt to login to Lync. Does this version of VVX410 work with Skype with Business or must I get 2200-46162-019?

Thank You

HelloJACKamernet,

the 019 Hardware SKU comes automatically with the Microsoft approved firmware for Skype for business. It also already has the relevant Polycom per device LYNC License.

The 018 Hardware SKU comes automatically with the Microsoft approved firmware for LYNC. It also already has the relevant Polycom per device LYNC License.

Any other part number requires the additional license as explained => here <=
