VVX501 can not accept video from SfB client

Hello,

 

I got problem which VVX501 can not accept video when a call from SfB client to VVX501. The codec for both is H264.

Anyone can advise why this happening?

At present no Polyomc VVX phone can answer a Video Call from a Skype for Business Client.
