Hello @Sisob,
welcome back to the Polycom community.
Some or a couple of your old post(s) => here <= are still open / pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution" or at least provided some form of feedback or answer.
If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.
Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate ?
If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilise the community more efficiently.
In addition it is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .
In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.
Therefore the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Question: How can I find out my SIP or UC Software Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here
Also it can help us if you explain if you are using a VVX with a Polycom Camera ?
Jan 26, 2016 Question:Can I make Video Calls between a VVX phone and a Client on a Lync Server / Skype for Business server ?
Resolution: Please check => here <= for details on Video Calls
To make this a short answer no currently available camera for a VVX500/501/600/601 can make video calls other than between themselves.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
