Running 2 VVX601 and a O365/S4B Online environment to test before deploying company wide. The window consistently displays "Contacts: Synchronizing". 

 

I am seeing contacts on the phone but there is an issue with the favorites/contacts here: Known issue with VVX Favorites and S4B Online (note: affects ONLINE S4B only)

 

VVX601, UC 5.5.1.11526

Hello SDK,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

I would assume we need some SIP and Exchange logs:

 

  • Settings > Logging > Global Log Level Limit > Debug
  • Settings > Logging > Log File Size (Kbytes) > 160
  • Settings > Logging > Module Log Level Limits > SIP > Debug
  • Settings > Logging > Module Log Level Limits > Exchange Client > Debug
  • Diagnostics > View & Download Logs

I checked again after being contacted and can confirm you are actually using a VVX601 with the part number 2200-48600-019 which makes this a Skype for Business SKU.

Same issue here, Contact: Syncronizing blinking doesn't go away?  Can't really proceed and deliver these phones to client with this issue, can I disable contact sync?
