Voicemail Notifications significantly delayed

I have a client who has deployed VVX 501's and other models, with the 5.8.0.12848 firmware build.  They are a Skype for Business Online environment (no hybrid) with Exchange Online, using Azure Voicemail.

IF/when voicemail notifications on the the phone work, and they don't always, it seems to be 6-10 minutes before the icon's on the display reflect a VM or update the count on the number of VM's.  Without an Exchange Online UM Dialplan, is this going to be the expected norm for SFBO/AzureVM with VVX phones, just a cyclic check for VM changes?  If so, I would like to suggest a timer adjustment where the phone polls on a 60 second or 120 second interval.

I do also see "Server Missed Call Status" is Disabled in the SFBO/AzureVM scenario, is this also expected?

Hello @Korbyn72,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This is to be expected as documented => here <= and working as designed as the time frame is 10 minutes when we perform an additional check against exchange.

This can be found using the search => here <=
