after upgrading the firmware to 5.9.0.11421, by web interface I can't see the Pin authentication option

I also added following setting in file cfg, but nothing is changed

reg.1.auth.usePinCredentials=”1″
reg.1.auth.useLoginCredentials=”0″
reg.1.auth.loginCredentialType=”3″
reg.1.extension=””
reg.1.pin=””

As follows the phone details

Model : Trio 8800 

Part number : 3111-65290-001 Rev:A 

MAC : 00:04:F2:FE:A2:F9 

Call Platform : Skype for Business on premise

In attachment a backup and config file of the phone

I fixed the issue after configuring again DHCP server on Windows server

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

 

We already shared information in your other post >here< on how to use Logs to troubleshoot an Extension & Pin issue.

 

Please try and troubleshoot this based on the above and if this fails, and no other volunteer replies, please work with your reseller ALLNET ITALIA S.P.A. as already outlined.

 

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support.


As the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here
