after upgrading the firmware to 5.9.0.11421, by web interface I can't see the Pin authentication option
I also added following setting in file cfg, but nothing is changed

As follows the phone details

Hello @almas7 ,
Welcome back to the Poly Community.
We already shared information in your other post >here< on how to use Logs to troubleshoot an Extension & Pin issue.
Please try and troubleshoot this based on the above and if this fails, and no other volunteer replies, please work with your reseller ALLNET ITALIA S.P.A. as already outlined.
In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.
End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support.
As the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
