I would like to know what it the default username and password for SSH access on VVX 500

I try admin as user and the web password as a password but did not work.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

Please also include if you are using a SIP server or a LYNC server

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

To answer your actual question there is no SSH access for Users to the phone.

but why when I try to use SSH to access the Phone I got prompte to enter username and password
