The scenario is we hook an analog phone line, and a laptop via USB to the CX5000. At that point can we simultaneously connect a phone call, and start a LYNC call? Will it bridge the audio for all of the participants, so everyone can hear each other?

Hello ,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The CX5000 can only do one thing at a time and not bridge the calls to my knowledge.

Steffen, Thanks for the quick reply. I started out with reading the document you linked, and it didn't touch on any of those scenarios. Is there anyone at Polycom you have access to that can answer the question?
