We have a brand new Soundstation2. And cannot use it to join a conference:

1. We can dial-in the phone number of the conference platform, and get the welcome voice.

2. We need input the "conference id" and "#" to enter some meeting. But, the conference system always said that time-out, looks it cannot get the "conference id" and the "#" signal.

3. We contact with the conference platform, they said that it's only support DTMF-RFC2833(and not support SIPINFO and INBAND).

4. I already set the caller id to DTMF in the Soundstation2's config panel, but I don't know what's the exact DTMF mode.

So, my question are:

a. Will the Soundstation2 support DTMF - RFC2833?

b. If yes, are there some configuration should be set?

Best regards and so sorry for my bad English.

Hello @Kenn Zhang ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

An analog phone like the SoundStation 2 does not have any specific settings.

Most likely the service you are using this with aka the PABX or Line has some form of restriction and you would need to work with whoever provides this for you.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
