I have a customer that has a Soundstation 2W, that they are trying to make conference calls from. The phone system that it is attached to requires you to hit flash twice to join both parties for the conference call. Just to clarify, go off hook, dial 9 then number, once party answers, press flash, dial 9 and second number, then to conference the two calls together, you press flash twice. It seems to take about 1/2 second after pressing flash before you can press it again. I have tested the FXS port of the phone system with a test set and a cordless phone and conference calls work fine from those devices. Any ideas on how to shorten the amount of time for the first flash to clear, or any other ideas? Thanks in advance!!

Hello BCSService,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Assuming you are running the latest Software I can only think this is currently working as designed.

A change would require a feature request.
