I'm not able to get an outside line when dialing out from my Polycom SoundStation 2W with my other Polycom's I can add the prefix 88013 to the Digitmap via the GUI to get around this. Is there a way I can do the same on the SoundStation 2W. I haven't be able to find a way to get to the GUI or IP since it's an analog device.

Hello @TroyPawleska

simple answer no you cannot. It’s an analog phone and does not have the same features.
